Nottingham Organic Gardeners

Welcome to Nottingham Organic Gardeners.

We are a voluntary organisation, a friendly group in Nottingham, open to all.

We aim to promote organic and sustainable gardening, and a more localised food culture.

We have an Organic Demonstration Garden at Whitemoor Allotments in Nottingham and hold regular talks, workshops and events with an organic theme.

Please note we cannot endorse or recommend specific gardening suppliers, businesses or growers.

AGM + Produce Tasting and Information Session

Happy New Year everyone!
It's time for our Annual General Meeting where we choose our officers and committee and give members a chance to see our accounts, ask questions, and vote on important issues. We expect it to be brief but thorough. Afterwards we are having an informal 'Preserved Produce Information and Tasting Session' which, with luck, may also include the guest appearance of some sour dough culture! Let us know if you would like to join in with any samples.

Venue: The POLISH EAGLE CLUB 2 SHERWOOD RISE NOTTINGHAM NG7 6JN, pedestrian entrance via Clumber Avenue just opposite Hotel Deux, local street parking and in club car park between club building and adjacent church, access off Sherwood Rise.

We would like to encourage new committee members. The committee consists of the three officers and up to 8 ordinary members. If you would consider offering your services or you could persuade someone to put their hand up, it would be great. The only qualification needed is to be a paid up member, please make yourselves known on the evening or before if possible.

Later Event: January 27
Annual Potato Day
