Welcome to Nottingham Organic Gardeners. 

 We are a voluntary organisation, a friendly group in Nottingham, open to all.

 We aim to promote organic and sustainable gardening, and a more localised food culture. 

 We have an Organic Demonstration Garden at Whitemoor Allotments in Nottingham and hold regular talks, workshops and events with an organic theme. 

 Please note we cannot endorse or recommend specific gardening suppliers, businesses or growers.

NOGs Water Workshop

Whether we are sizzling in the heat, or splodging round in puddles, we need to know how to manage water in gardens and allotments. Share your knowledge and the expertise of the NOGs allotment volunteers at our Water Workshop. The workshop will include a tour of our watering set-up followed by the option of learning how to make a water butt or how soil management can help in both drought and downpour.

Followed by refreshments and a discussion on drought-tolerant plants - your experiences from this summer are welcomed!
NB START TIME 6:30pm at the allotment,Whiremoor Allotments, Wilkinson Street, NG8 5PF , nr Wilkinson Street tram stop.

Free event for NOGs members, supporters and friends welcomed £2 donation requested as usual.
