We are a friendly group in Nottingham, aiming to promote organic and sustainable gardening, and a more localised food culture. We have an Organic Demonstration Garden at Whitemoor Allotments in Nottingham and hold regular events and trips with an organic theme. 

Membership

If you are interested in organic gardening and any of the issues around sustainable and local food then NOGS has lots to offer:

  • For monthly talks on a wide variety of subjects

  • Meet like-minded people in a sociable environment

  • Visit organic gardens, farms and places of interest

  • Get involved in our own allotment

  • Seasonal informative newsletter

  • Through NOGS support the work of The Soil Association and Garden Organic

  • Be a part of Nottingham's network of environmentally concerned citizens

Attached below is a simple membership form in a word file: just print it off, fill it in, include your remittance (fees below) and send to our treasurer:

You can also just turn up at a meeting where you could either join on the spot or pay a £2 visitor's fee.
