Nottingham Organic Gardeners

Welcome to Nottingham Organic Gardeners.

We are a voluntary organisation, a friendly group in Nottingham, open to all.

We aim to promote organic and sustainable gardening, and a more localised food culture.

We have an Organic Demonstration Garden at Whitemoor Allotments in Nottingham and hold regular talks, workshops and events with an organic theme.

Please note we cannot endorse or recommend specific gardening suppliers, businesses or growers.

Birthday Celebrations at our Whitemoor Allotment!

You are welcome to pop along to our demonstration allotment at the Whitemoor Allotment site to celebrate its 10th Birthday and appreciate the hard work of our allotment volunteer team.  If you have never visited now is your chance to see our demonstration plots, polytunnel, composting area and magnificent cabin built by NOGs volunteers.
On the day we will hold mini workshops on mulching and composting, lead informal tours of the plot and you can try our Which Seed Is Which quiz!
There will be light refreshments (bring savouries or cake to share if you like!) and we will also have a produce stall where you can donate or offer for sale surplus produce, jams, chutneys, pickles or plants etc.
