The ever-popular Potato Day at our usual venue, the United Reformed Church Hall, Sherwood. Over 40 varieties of seed potato available for sale by the individual tuber. We'll have unusual and organic varieties and advice on growing potatoes by local gardeners. Also onion sets, shallots, garlic and honey and homemade produce for sale, plus a Heritage Seed Stall by Thomas Etty.
CAFE: Stay for a chat and refreshments - tea, coffee and cakes.
There will a series of talks in the cafe throughout the day including one on Potato-Growing for Beginners.
ENTRY: £1 Free to members of Nottingham Organic Gardeners. You'll be able to join on the day.
